What Signing of the Paperwork Means In Simple Words

Those who sign and notarize paperwork transfer their Right of Refusal to the NWCMC under Baer – David Dobson. This will allow NWCMC to legally fight for your rights and interests.

What Are You Signing

You are invited to sign this Paperwork. When clicking, a PDF file will be open in a new window tab for DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES. Here you can get acquainted with the content of the Paperwork.

How to Sign the Paperwork

We are using DocuSign service to collect your signatures and notarize them.

On your Email address will be sent an Email with Invitation to Scheduled Remote Online Session with the Notary.

On the scheduled Day and Time open email with Invitation and click JOIN SESSION link to enter the virtual meeting. You will be invited to join DocuSign Online Session with the Notary. If you join early you may enter a virtual waiting room until Notary arrives.

Before entering the Session you will be invited to have Technical Check first. Authorize use of your camera and microphone throughout the session. The system checks your audio, video and network connectivity. Click Next to verify your Identity.

You will be required to enter your personal information (Full Name, Address, ID document data), answer security questions and visually show your government issued ID – system will take picture of it. Click Next to enter the Session.

The Session will be audio and video recorded.

After Notary checked your personal information, ID and secured questions, you will be able to fill in required fields (Your Address and Manufactured Home Park Name) and then sign it with your signature. There are 3 ways how you may add your signature.

  1. Select Style: Your Full Name and Initials are shown in a written style.
  2. Draw: You can draw your Signature by your hand.
  3. Upload: You can upload your signature, if you have one.

Choose the one you prefer and click “Adopt and Sign”.

After you signed the paperwork a Notary will add a signature and fill in fields required for Notary.

When the Paperwork is signed by you and Notary you will be prompted to exit Session. Done.
